- 235 ml water - 135 g white sugar - 2 g ground cloves - 1 cinnamon stick - 710 ml apple or red grape juice - 1 lemon, sliced
Method
1. In a 3 quart saucepan, bring water, sugar, cloves and cinnamon to boil. 2. Stir in juice and heat through. Do not boil. Take spices out and pour over lemon slices in serving bowl. Serve warm. [top page]
- 1 litre water - 1 litre alcohol - 1 kilo sugar - 8 lemons
Method
1. Take only the lemons peel, leave it to infuse in alcohol and place it in an hermetically sealed container. 2. After four days, blend the alcohol infusion with the syrup you should have already prepared using 1 kilo or sugar into 1 litre of hot water. 3. Mix and wait ten minutes then filtrate and pit it in a bottle. 4. Drink limoncello very cold. [top page]
